Diablo Ranch sits atop the beautiful Mt. Diablo in the East Bay of San Francisco. Half of the ranch has been converted to a wedding location whereas the other half remains a cattle ranch.  Both the ceremony and the reception will be held at Diablo Ranch.  The ceremony will be held under a large Oak Tree about 100yds from the reception location. The path to the ceremony is a dirt road that is slightly down hill. Ladies, you may want to go for comfort over style when it comes to picking out the shoes.

We chose this venue because of it's beauty, location and lack of a time limit. We have the ranch to ourselves all night long, until we feel like leaving. We don't want the night to end because someone else told us we have to leave.  So plan on having a blast all night long!

There are card tables, foosball, pool and horse shoes available at the ranch. Beer and wine will be served all night and a BBQ style dinner will be served as well.

Due to steep hills, windy roads and alcohol being served, we will provide a shuttle service to and from Diablo Ranch from Embassy Suites. More on that below.

 

Transportation

There will be one shuttle leaving from the Embassy Suites at 3pm (approximately 30min ride) and another two leaving at 3:30pm. We would appreciate it if we could fill the first shuttle as much as possible so that everyone is not relying on the second shuttles causing them to fill and not have room for some guests.
The shuttles will return to the hotel at the end of the night at 11:30pm, 1am and 2am.
If you plan on drinking, we highly recommend taking one of the shuttles back to the hotel. 
Cabs are available as well but you should allow at least 30 minutes for them to arrive.
